| Born and raised in Bakersfield, California Mike earned his Bachelors Degree from California State University Bakersfield and was a member of their first graduating class in 1971. In 1977 he entered into the Real Estate Industry and was awarded Sales Person of The Year by the Bakersfield Board of Realtors in 1983. Mike has also been a member of the National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors since 1977. He became involved in the Development and Building Industry in 1984 and obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in 1985. After moving to California City in 1989, he continued to be active in the Development and Building Industry, building homes in Bakersfield, California City, Ridgecrest and Rosemond. Since 1988 he has operated a Real Estate office in California City. Mike and his wife Cathy currently own and operate Strong Real Estate, Inc. They are proud members of the City of California City Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation. He is the President of Mike Strong, Inc., and East Kern County Escrow, Vice President of Tierra del Sol Villages, Inc., and Managing Partner of Tierra del Sol Villas LLC. He is currently serving as President of the South East Kern Board of Realtors?. Mike is also a member of the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors?, Scenic Coast Association of Realtors? and Atascadero Association of Realtors? Multiple Listing Services. |
